Troubleshooting Guide

WARNING: Inspection, testing, and repair of elec-

trical equipment should be performed only by

qualified service personnel. The unit should be

unplugged when servicing, except when electri-

cal tests are required.

DANGER: Use extreme care during electrical cir-

cuit tests. Live circuits may be exposed.

2 gas is present at

dispensing valves but no

carbonated water.

Malfunction of Refrigera-

tion System.

through Circulating Circuit

(In-line Strainer).

Malfunction of Carbonating

System.

Refer to Troubleshooting Section 7: Refrigera-

tion System under No carbonated water at

dispensing valve (freeze up).

Remove top cover from Remote Refrigeration.

Push toggle switch to carbonator and circula-

tor to the off position. Lift lever on Toggle

Relief valve at top of carbonator Tank until pres-

sure is completely released. Remove In-line

Strainer Screen. Flush with clean water and re-

assemble.

If CO

2 gas is present at the Dispensing Valves

and there is no water, the problem is in the

Carbonated Water System. Refer to Trouble-

shooting Section 2: Carbonated Water Sys-

tem.
